Staff (especially Nicole) was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was ok. It has a kitchenette, which was very nice; however, the toilet didn't flush properly and some of the electrical outlets need some serious attention. I'll probably never come back to this place.

I reserved a room online. I got two beds. Then showed up and my room wasn’t available. Then they tried to up-charge me 40$ to stay when I already reserved a room. The young black chick at the front desk was super rude. She was obviously a teenager. Or she was young with a whole teenage attitude. She left me and my significant at the front window pretty much saying “well f it” it I can’t fix it, call the site you booked it from, which was the hotels actual site. Not to mention this spot is way ghetto. Her service matches perfectly. I’d say Zero stars at best. If you need a decent spot to be in this is not it. I literally just needed a night till my apartment was ready. And I wouldn’t dare bring my 4 year old here to this dump.

Super scummy and terrible staff. Olivia wont release my funds the place is basically a halfway house that doesn't get cleaned ever.I didn't even stay here I was there for an hour it was disgusting we demanded a refund. They still charged me for the week and only returned the damage deposit it's like whats that for when everything is already damaged and disgusting. I'm still on an e-mail thread the staff here trying to get my money back they will rob you its a real methy area. Don't waste your time or money. I called the cops to get them to return my money booking.com apparently had to get confirmation through e-mail the phone of the rep said they could make do with phone call confirmation which i facilitated while police were there. Still didn't return it. I'm still e-mailing about trying to get my money back over a week later. Hands down one of the worst motel experiences in my life. Get yourself a decent motel 6 or something this ain't worth anyone's energy.

Bloody handprint and smear over the stairwell wall my entire stay. Needles on the ground in same spot. 100 articles of clothing strewn about. Serious health risk patronizing this establishment. Was there for a week. Stayed the first night and came back to grab some stuff on the 3rd night as I was fearful of it even being there. I am fine w cheap hotels...this place shouldn't be open. When I arrived to check out, my card didn't work. Lady at desk took it and wouldn't give a working one back. When I asked for the original and I would return later to handle my business, she wouldn't do that either. I had to leave and call the police to have one of them enter and get my card for me. (even tho a plain clothes detective w badge necklace was 6 ft away behind a wall speaking w the manager.) Three additional squad cars arrived for this call. I have never seen such a response for a non emergency call. Unfortunately, the numbers weren't present to assist me. They were there to see if I could be framed as the problem and arrested. I was recording and they couldn't. The cop and manager did however repeatedly try telling me the bloody handprint just occurred & is why he was there. I showed him the picture from 6 days prior. He inquired about location. This was news to him. The manager however stuck to the "oh that just now happened" line. Do yourself a favor and don't come here unless you're looking for a new narcotic connection
