The first time using this hospital was questionable. Staff were not to helpful. A doctor was rude, arrogant. Long wait time to be seen. No go home information provided HOWEVER the doctor DID call the next day to check up. That was a surprise! The jury remains out on this facility as to a use or total fail and avoid at all costs.

I have never had a good experience with Mercy hospital. Considering it's the only hospital in our area, we obviously do not have any choice when faced with an emergency situation.

I just can't believe this hospital. The service is poor. I went in for chest pain and was kept in the lobby for hours. The woman who asks the covid questions appeared to be under the influence of something. She was telling at people for no reason while pushing my wheel chair. When I asked to to please which yelling as it was causing my chest to tighten. And her response was whatever. This was not a healing environment. The one jewel in the whole place was a nurse named Femma. She was helpful polite and amazing. I was also taken aback when they brought sunshine in an ambulance and put them in the waiting room. When I inquired about this I was told that is how it has been the last 26 years. Just because you've done something for 26 years does not make it a good practice. Forget more the people that were placed in a different waiting room because they were believed to be covid positive often wondered into the regular waiting area with nothing cherub thier nose. So yeah thanks for that. Two people who were on oxegon and numerous seniors were put at risk.

Mercy Hospital hands down has been the absolutely best hospital I have ever been to. Very, very clean they got me in right away even though there was a rush of incoming patients at that time I came in. The nurses, doctor actually all the staff there were awesome. They are definitely top notch, never once did I feel as though I was waiting FOREVER to see anyone that might give me even a hint of what might be going on, like most other hospitals. The were all very attentive, informative and took care of me right away. THANK-YOU, to all of you who cared for me, I truly appreciate all that you do. 😃
