This pharmacy is a joke. I turned in two prescriptions yesterday to be filled around 11 am. The cashier told me it would be ready by 5 that day and explained there were only two people working. Thats fine. I decided to just go the next morning to give them more time. Go back 24 hours later and prescription hasnt been filled. The clerk cops an attitude when i explained it should have been ready yesterday and said "we didnt have any employees yesterday." I told her there was definitely employees since i was able to drop off. Her retort was "yeah just one". To which point i said there was also a pharmacist filling orders. Then she wants to cut me off and blame it on the system. Said " it MIGHT be ready tomorrow". I understand being short staffed. I stood in line for 30 mins the day before and wasnt upset. I get it. You are short staffed. But there is no excuse for her actions today.

Issues for me but parking issues for some with legal Handicapped tags or stickers are being booted out by people that do not have handicaps or are even the sticker or even the fake to it they're just parking in the places and leaving the people that need it high and dry to walk further . Maybe kroger can get someone up there to start cracking down on the people that are doing this or maybe the tow company people can tow away if they see them without their proper tags but hopefully this arranged or people who can help out one of my neighbors that's having issues with the illegal parking. I realize after rereading this how much talk to text messed up or misunderstood me. Lol

Constantly rearranging the store to make things harder to find. Super slow in restocking items. Employees like to sit out front and smoke where you walk in through.Hi Jordan, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
