Love the people and location. I get a customize drink for my husband and they never get it right. Other than that I love the place!

The parking lot is not designed well. I have a small car, and I had trouble leaving. If you park your car, you may not be able to leave because of the drive-thru line. Just a stressful experience. Why have parking spots if nobody can access them? My coffee also was very watered-down. It tasted like water with syrup. I don't see myself returning to this Starbucks.

The highlight of my morning. After a rough weekend I was worn out on a Sunday morning. I was tired, cranky, and ready to lose my mind on someone. I dropped by to get my morning coffee and drive 3 hrs home in a ticked off mood. Your barista had a lovely little kind voice that seemed to make it all better. At pick up our drinks were right and our muffins were warm. After a horrible hotel stay and a terrible dinner the night before. I found the happy place in Greenwood. The Starbucks. Thank you ladies for fixing my morning with your positive attitudes even when I was cranky.

I see reviews that this location always has a long line or has strange hours. As that may be, a staffing shortage isn’t their fault. Every time I visit this location I’m greeted with friendly staff and great customer service. My order is always great. Carve out extra time in your day to wait in this line, it’s worth it.
