I don't complain much but this place needs to improve! The staff was so rude. The drinks weren't what we asked for. The sourdough sandwich was hard and tasted old. Only decent thing we got was the chocolate donut.

I've generally had decent experiences. It's a hit or miss depending on the time of day. The staff I've met so far have been quite nice. I'm just posting so everyone is aware that the $3 medium cold brew promotion doesn't work as an in-store purchase here. At least, when I tried to redeem the offer, they said it doesn't work (no effort to manual override or read the terms on the app that contradicted their excuses). Mobile ordering with this promotion at this location works, though, so if you want the $3 cold brew here (until 4/26) order it on the app.

If I could I would give no stars. My visit today was unacceptable. I went in and tried to order like normal just like every where else in the state of md. I was refused service due to no mask. First your not law enforcement, two it's not a mandate since the 31 of January. Then called the cops and I was there for 15-20 within that time I could of already had my coffee in hand and be out the door. The greatest part about this is the cop right next door and never even came over because there's nothing they can do about a mask. I was doing anything wrong. Then the spanish manager while on the phone with customer service choose to ignore me when I asked him whats the store number. Sorry but this location will never my money again. I will specifically avoid this location because of your staff and looks like this is your common issue. Also went right across the street to your competitors and they served me just fine with no mask on. One for starbucks 0 for dunkin.

There’s always an issue here. The staff behave as if you’re bothering them to correct orders that they seem to consistently get WRONG. The manager corrected my last pick up order. $5.49 for my large iced coffee which should have contained a shot of expression and extra ice. I asked them to remake because I wanted extra ice and I didn’t want her to just pour half out and waste the extra $1.19 worth of my expression shot by doing so. Guess what she did? As if money grows on trees these days. Drive a few miles further up Georgia Avenue to either of the other two Dunkin. I never have a problem there. Save yourself the headache during the morning rush.
