I recently bought a guitar and case and spent a good chunk of money. When I got home I was looking at the invoice and noticed they snuck in 3% fee on top of the 7% in taxes! This fee was for not paying in cash. The invoice said there is a 3% charge for debit or credit. This was an extra $20.46 that they did not tell me about. If I had known this, I would have paid cash. I was so excited about my new guitar I didn't check the invoice before leaving. Plus, who does that! It reminds me of sleazy car dealership tactics to pad their profit hoping you don't notice. It really surprised me they get away with this in such a small town. I will be going to Couer d'Alene for my guitar needs now. And like another post said, the vibe there is not good.

The Owner, Jack, is extremely knowledgeable and generous sharing information. Wilburn has an excellent selection of some great guitars. You owe it to yourself to spend a little time in this shop.

They do their own repair work and they are really good at it. You would have to give them a call and information on your specific case but I'm sure they can help you with whatever issues you're having.
If they do not carry it, they can get it for you for a lower price than you would be able to find it online. They are an awesome place to deal with. I highly recommend them.
