I don't usually write reviews, but I had to say something. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order and knowing that it takes them forever to prepare food I waited 20min before arriving to pick up my order. I was then told that I need to wait an additional 20 min. When I objected the person told me that I could just get my money back if I did not want the order. I kindly explained that you guys understand that you sell chicken and that having a customer that ordered on line wait 20min in a FAST FOOD order was not acceptable. The reply from management is to long to get into at this point, but I will never give this place 1 penny of my business again.

Long waits in drive thru then when I got to the window the cashier told me I must place my order at drive thru which I had already done. I had to repeat my order of 1 spicy chicken sandwich and a med. coke and she still messed the order up and charged me for 2 chicken sandwiches and a med.coke. This is not about the food but about the customer service. I made a call to see if the dining room was open. The response was "Yeah, we open" and when we got there the dining room was closed. This meant a 20 minute meltdown from the kid because she is 6 and doesn't understand why we say one thing and then it's not true. I don't understand why at this point dining rooms are still closed unless it's an understaffing thing. Which, fine, I get that. But at least listen to customers when they call and answer their questions correctly. We will be going to a different Popeyes from now on. Why is it posted on Google you have dine-in?

I just had Popeyes for the first time. Fries were good, chicken was decent. But the demeanor of the staff was unpalatable. Will not be returning.
