Awesome space, clean, comforting & GREAT check in!! Very nice lobby, bar, restaurant (with late hours!) Totally forgot the woman’s name at the front desk… extremely professional and polite Hispanic female. She gave me more of a manager vibe. If she’s not, she should be! I would definitely return here.

How can a hotel give your reserved room away when you arrive no later than 9:00pm??? I called earlier that night and told them as such. They assured me my room would be ready for me. Then they give the room away?!?! Unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Brigitte is a terrible manager who makes awful decisions. Shame on you Brigitte!!

Great! Convenient. Nice room. Good facility. Bistro has food cooked to order. When everyone else has no buffets - you can order meals here.

Stay was great! Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was clean. I hate germs or dirt so I only stay at clean hotels. We ha d a room with a balcony. No hidden charges.. I do recommend this hotel.

Check in is at 4pm. Check out is noon. You can arrive esrly and check in if rooms are available.
