I have to say that I am very glad that I decided to go with California College of ECE in helping me complete the requirements to receive a teaching license for preschool. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. The entire course was amazingly thorough. I am so glad for that because it’s provided me with a newfound confidence in my abilities as a preschool teacher – something that I am very keen on excelling at.

One of the current trends in early childhood education is the push for certification of early childhood educators. In California, this push is being led by the Early Childhood Education Network (ECEN), which is working to establish voluntary statewide certification standards for early childhood educators. ECEN's goal is to improve the quality of early childhood education by ensuring that all educators have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality care and education to young children. Certification would also give parents and others a way to identify qualified early childhood educators.

There are many advantages to early childhood education, the most important of which is that it helps children develop their academic skills at an early age. This can give them a head start in their education and help them excel in school later on. Early childhood education also helps children socialize and learn how to interact with other children. It can also teach them important life skills such as how to follow instructions and how to behave in a classroom setting. If you have a child in your family, he/she is the cynosure of all eyes. Though his/her tantrums will annoy you, you will enjoy it inwardly later. But your child will always not be the same. There are different stages of childhood development, including cognitive, emotional, social, language, and physical. You have to constantly monitor these stages so that your child is on the right track. For this, early childhood training is necessary so that the child will develop these skills in your absence.
