I have been trying to get in contact with a leasing agent from Roebling lofts for the past month. I submitted a help ticket as instructed when you call (because no one answers the phone). I was sent an automatic email response with a link to schedule a tour. Thinking I would hear from someone if I scheduled a tour, I did so. Never heard from anyone, but received another automated message that my appointment would be cancelled if I didn’t confirm. Why would I confirm a showing if I’ve never even heard from a live person? I am going to travel there at some point to see if anyone is working on site out of pure interest. I’m not sure how anyone gets information about available rentals unless you’re winging it and don’t care about speaking to a live representative.

Kay, there's no fixed credit number. We look for "good" credit as well as at your leasing history and background. If the credit score is a bit low, we do look at why it might be low and will sometimes make exceptions or work out special arrangements. Kyle is correct; heating is not included. The units have been carefully designed for energy efficiency (the building is registered with the US Green Building Council with the goal of being certified for LEED GOLD status). The windows are extremely high performance: double glazed with a low-e coating and argon gas barrier (all of which improve thermal performance). The HVAC system is a state of the art VRF system.
