Never ending roaches , staff is rude , none welcoming maybe tired of the tenants calling about the “SAME” issues every week !! Just don’t I lived there and I do not recommended at all ! …We thank you for your feedback, but our records show that you last lived at Greenwood Village in 2013. If you are referring to how you thought the property was in the past, we apologize for any way you may have felt mistreated or neglected at that time. However, our current office staff works very hard to try to take care of all of our residents' concerns, and we know they are doing the best they can. We do believe that if you were to return to the community you would definitely see this for yourself.

I used to live here for three years and I never had a problem with anything. The staff was always very helpful and everything worked in my apartment. Roaches, hordes of rodents and extremely rude staff is what you are looking for then search no further. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood until you actually go inside and try to live, where you will be greeted by the most wonderful ghetto trash people in a 1 mile radius. Hope you don't like taking showers on the go cause the pipe are horrid and constantly stay clogged. These adventures and much much more await you.
