What a lovely venue and dedicated staff! Everyone, from the talented event coordinator Jess, her helpful assistant Kasey, and even the very approachable and friendly owner Violetta could not have been more helpful. They all did everything possible to make our family party a success. The food was delicious and the wines were a perfect accompaniment. We could not have asked for better. We will definitely continue to hold our family celebrations in this charming place!

Absolutely amazing place, super friendly staff. Pet and Kids friendly winery, (rarity to have both). Wine was a bit on the younger side but very enjoyable. Food and live music just adds to the ambience. Overall very satisfied. Will definitely have to come more often.

The worst venue booking experience I have ever had in my life! Winery owner and her event coordinator sidekick are the most unreasonable, aggressive, and unprofessional people I have ever come across in this industry. I have no idea how this place stays in business. The space itself is nice, and, ultimately, I threw my daughter a lovely Sweet 16 birthday celebration despite the extreme discomfort of having to be in the same room with these people, but, no amount pleasantries from the staff on the day of could undo the months of bullying and unethical price gouging that left me feeling nothing but regret about holding such a special event there. I will never again book this venue and I am more than happy to share my 6-page scathing review detailing their abusive communications and intolerable nickel-and-diming with anyone who is considering renting space at Hopewell Valley Vineyards. Trust me, it is not worth it!

I had my daughter's shower at Hopewell Valley Vineyards and everyone had a great time. The food was good especially the gnocchi and the atmosphere was great. Hi Roshan, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have outdoor heaters. We cannot, in a reasonable manner, provide enough heaters for our expansive outdoor space (large courtyard, deck and field). However, our outdoor space is available to guests who still wish to sit outdoors. We have three tasting rooms that can currently accommodate 25% maximum capacity indoors. All tables are at a social distance and the capacity is monitored throughout the day.
Groups are encouraged to visit. Depending on the size and reasons you should make a reservation.
When we visit our kids in Jersey from Michigan we always stop there. Not sure about the food but the wine is good

Hi Donna, Christine is playing indoors due to the chance of inclement weather. In the summer months, the live music is outdoors unless there's inclement weather or the musician chooses to play indoors upon arrival.
Hi, Anternette. No, we do not accept reservations. Tables are first come, first served.
No outside food or alcohol is permitted at any time, no exceptions. We offer a variety of options from our brick-oven pizza and light fare menu. Both menus are on the front page of our website. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. Please be sure to call in advance or ask a staff member upon arrival if we have gluten-free crust or vegan cheese available.
We offer gift certificates.
When we went, wine tasting was over at 5:30 pm.
