This is our first year joining this CSA and so far it has been great. The pick your own privileges are awesome (free berries each week + plus an outdoor workout!) Being able to select which produce we want each week is nice as well. I love that we are supporting a local farm and we get to enjoy local organic food each week.Thanks so much Hayley! This was our best strawberry year in 25 years of growing them, but the weather helped a lot, by being dry during critical growing periods. The next fruit in the shares is blueberries, then figs if our luck holds out. Fresh organic figs = heaven! Best: Sherry & Jim

It is beautiful standing in the strawberry fields and looking toward the horizon. I am a bit disappointed that the farming operations have left Pennington and my produce is going to be trucked up. Wish I had known that before committing to …Hi Kari: We still farm in Pennington (Hopewell), at 8 Elm Ridge Road. We have leased this farm for over 10 years. For over ten years, Chesterfield has been our "early" farm and Pennington is our "late" farm due to soil differences. We have always been upfront on our website about this.
