Customer service was good but I feel they misdiagnosed the issue with my Lexus RX 300 and estimated ~$5000 to replace the transmission. I am glad I got a second opinion from dealership because it turned out that my transmission was good, and I just needed my CV boot & axle replaced. I saved lot of $$$. Don’t know if they even looked into the issue after charging me $150 to diagnose.

Broadway is the best in the business! Dealt directly with Paul and was impressed by the service and honesty he displayed while working on my car. As someone who is far from a “car guy”, it was easy to feel at ease with Paul and his staff as no tricks were pulled and they fixed my car up just right. Would recommend to anybody in the Oakland area with car troubles!
