Drop off and pickup of vehicle for service has so far been very simple and seamless. This dealership is currently going through a remodeling effort so things aren't always where they need to be but they're working through it. So far my service requirements have been very minor and quick so my review reflects those experiences.

I recently moved to CA part time. My 1 year old Audi’s AC went out—I called Audi of Oakland to make a service appointment. They gave me the first available appointment—My work schedule directly conflicts with their service hours so in order for me to make the appointment work I coordinated my husbands visit to CA this month to sync with this appointment. He arrived at our scheduled appointment to be told they were too busy. He literally flew to CA, from out of state and then drove there to take care of this with zero communication that they would not be able to meet their commitment of the appointment because they are too busy. I called back because that is ridiculous. I was promised a phone call back from a manager, no phone call back. I am not unreasonable, I rarely complain about things, I completely understand things happen and sometimes there are extenuating circumstances—but zero communication is unacceptable and not the premium service expected when you buy a premium vehicle. If they would have just called, apologized and asked to reschedule I would have had no issues with that and would have adjusted my husbands visit accordingly. I love my Audi but if this is how the service department is run I will certainly not buy a new one from Audi of Oakland in the future. Disappointing. Do better. Still waiting for a phone call back…

The team over at Audi of Oakland is incredible. They were friendly, helpful, and very patient while helping me find the car that was right for me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy from them, but with how nice they all were (Ana, Robert, Bruce, and Ken) it was hard not to want to give them my business. Audi of Oakland isn’t the closest dealership to me, but I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I highly recommend paying them a visit next time you are in the market for a new car.

Pretty negative experience all around on a warranty service. Wrong information passed around, no willingness or urgency to resolve. Eventually hours later, got done with a service that should be less than 30 mins top. An adblue refill took 3 hours from check in to finish, and this is with appointment. Other Audi dealerships would have offered a car wash and taken less time. Quality of service is questionable. Adblue was overfilled with the service. Tech didn't even bother to turn the car on after filling to let the pump do its work to pump it from reserve tank to real usage tank. Staff told me adblue is refilled but car is still showing adblue low message, and handed the car back to me then. I opened up to fuel a day later and found the marks. Didn't even bother to wipe down after a refill. Urea crystals were all over the side of the car from the fueling area down to the body and to the wheel and tire. (see photos).

If it does need to be repaired at least go to a very reputable shop. If it cannot be repaired they do have some very good equipment out there at reasonable prices and you want a good shop working on your vehicle
