Came in to ask about membership since my one year contract ended at Burn Boot Camp and thought to try Onelife because they had a pool. Customer service and management were extremely rude and unprofessional. The gym has hot humid and I guess the AC wasn’t on or just really low. I was impatient so I left. Now that I read the terrible reviews, I’m so glad I didn’t open an account or became a member!!

Ever since they’ve changed their name and changed their staff, customer service has gone way down hill. Half the staff no longer greets and will give you an attitude from time to time. On one occasion I was standing directly in front of an employee at the counter waiting for her to get off the phone so she could help me and she makes eye contact with me several times. She gets off the phone and completely and blatantly ignores me and proceeds to attend to the next customer who had just walked in when she hung up. In a separate occasion, another female employee has to be made aware by a different employee to assist me. She proceeds to tell me, “You have to speak so I’ll know you’re there”. I’ve been a customer for years and never had a problem with staff. They are now consistently rude and unprofessional. Its quite sad to see this place go from the best in the area to in line with planet fitness in regards to customer service. I do remember the names of the employees, if anyone needs to know ones they should refrain from.

Good gym. Good selection of equipment and workout machines and free weights. Love the new lower turf section on the 1st floor beside the basketball court. Super friendly staff and really clean. With that being said, this gym caters to HUGE crowd which can be a turn off. More often than not, there are days where I cant find the right equipment or bench to workout and on more than one occasion forced to wait it out or change my routine which can be a huge peeve if you're like me and have a set routine for certain days. The upstairs weights area has way too many people hogging benches and equipment for HOURS while they're busy on their phones. Too many people coming here to just look good or show face rather than work out. One other annoying bit is the prohibition from using chalk during workouts coz it creates a "mess". If you're serious about your workouts than Id find another gym. But if you don't mind waiting for equipment or just going because you're an influencer than you'll probably like it.

I called Onelife fitness prior to going there to see if their pool was open for open swim. I also informed the gentleman over the phone that I wasn't a member. He told me I'd have to pay a 20 dollar fee. Upon arrival I informed the gentleman at the front desk that I wasn't a member and that I spoke with someone over the phone and was told it was a 20 dollar fee since I wasn't a member. I paid the fee got to the pool where the lifeguard informed me that I couldn't enter the pool with leggings on. I'm standing there shocked for one because I felt like they should've informed me of that at the front desk before I paid. I entered the gym with sweatpants and I hoodie on. Since I'm not a member I don't know what their requirements are at the fitness center Their first question to me should have been "ma'am do you have a swim suit"? The fact that I made it all the way back to the pool area to be denied by the lifeguard was ridiculous. Not to mention the lifeguard had on leggings also. So I can't enter the pool with leggings on but the lifeguard could where leggings. So would she not perform her duties as the lifeguard because she had on leggings. If someone was in distress in the pool. I'm still waiting on Ronald the employee to call me so I can get my 20 dollars back. I paid to use a pool that I coriander couldn't use. So I want my money back.

No not that I've seen. Dale City rec has vball Friday nights
They offer a military discount when you sign up it brings down the start up fee not monthly rates
Hi Paul, I believe the age limit for the actual gym is 18 and up, but they do have a kids club for 15 years of age and under.
No, they have to be at least 16 to workout on the fitness area. There's a basketball court, but it's currently being used as a training area.
Yes
Unfortunately no
Yes. Separate ones in mens and womens locker rooms
Yes full court with side hoops. I think it's a college three
Yes you can. The pool is included in the membership you don't need to take a special class to swim.
Its $39.00 a month. But there's also an annual fee that applys as well. Either way it's the best gym I've been to
$39 a month
They do but they have to go through a program first. If you speak with someone there they will help
Hey Ebenezer, thank you for your question. Being a minor and under the age of 18, we will need someone of age to register you to the gym. Hope I was able to help.
No not on their own membership
