We came to Floorcraft with a rough layout and Kevin helped us refine it to something usable and attractive. I have tried to support this local business over the last two decades, but I just can't do it. I have had extremely botched cabinet orders and dealt with less than useful sales people. Their pricing isn't competitive enough to find a deal but they aren't high end enough to put up with like the snobs in the design center. If you find Floorcraft to be a good resource for your project, that's great, but I just can't recommend them.

In a major home renovation, updating the kitchen is not only the most expensive, it is also the most difficult to design. A close friend referred me to Kevin Chow of Floorcraft for the task, and I was very glad that he did. Kevin walked us through the complicated design process from picking the materials, colors and the layout to maximize our kitchen space. I didn’t expect there would be so much thinking going into this task, but Kevin made it seamless. Everything happened in person so it was easy to communicate what we wanted and visualize things from his sketching software. He also was very responsive to any question we had after we left the design meeting. The order came on time as promised. I was very happy with the service from Kevin as well as the quality inventory that Floorcraft has that I also purchased my flooring material from them too.
