The front door they sold me was fantastic. However, two years later, the door started to sag and rub against the floor. Their customer service was great until they realized that there was no way for them to fix the problem because there was a defect in the hinge on the Fleetwood Pacific 3500 front door that they had installed. Each time they would fix it, it would be fine for a couple of weeks, then start sagging again. They claimed that the problem was with the floor. However, that made no sense, since the door was fine for two years, then for about two weeks after each service visit. Clearly, the door was sagging because my floor definitely wasn't rising. The situation dragged on for years. Eventually, I was told that the owner of the company would come out to inspect the situation, which impressed me very much. However, he never showed up and I never heard from them again. I think that they were just trying to get the statute of limitations to run out. I strongly recommend that you find a company that has unwavering integrity. Collier Warehouse is definitely not that company.
