Like others I developed tooth pain on Friday and needed to see an endodontist immediately. Called in the early morning and Dr. Quang very kindly squeezed me as the last patient in the day. It was a difficult procedure but she got it done. I am so grateful to her. I was honestly pretty scared of the entire root canal procedure but she was very mindful and checked in with me to make sure the anathetic did not wear off towards the end of the procedure. My tooth went bad on Friday and couldn't sleep all night (ofcourse on weekend)! Called Dr. Quang first in the morning thinking this would be a very long weekend. Amazingly I was able to see her and evaluated promtly and have an emergency root canal. Never met Dr. Quang but was treated as if I was her patient for years! Very professional and highly recommend! I highly recommend Bay Endodontics and Dr. Quang if you need a root canal, or if you need a second opinion about having your tooth extracted or not. I had a problematic tooth which had root canal before and got reinfected. The general dentist I was seeing recommended extracting the tooth, but I wanted to get a second opinion and found this place by a Google search. I really liked their informative web site and made an appointment. Dr. Quang told me that there is a good chance to save the tooth and she recommended a root canal retreatment. She also informed me about the possible outcomes objectively. Fortunately everything went well, and I had my tooth was treated in one session. They are a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly team, I'm grateful for their time and help.
