Ordered several shirts and a groomsmen suit from this location. Shirts had to be remade 3 times. Still not happy with how they turned out. My suit also arrived way too small, made an appointment to get it fixed over a month in advance. Received an email the day before cancelling my appointment, saying there is nothing they can do. Unfortunately, there is no time before the wedding to have it remade, so I’m screwed. I’ve never been so frustrated with a company. I recommend going elsewhere for any formal wear.

The people working there are great! Super friendly, they seem to know their stuff and they are really helpful! I like the diversity of choices fabric-wise and all the customization you can do to make the perfect suit. I can't judge the quality of the final product since I'm still waiting for it, but so far, I really recommend this shop.

I had the pleasure of working with Kwame during my initial measurements and final fittings. He was knowledgeable and kind and provided great customers service. He asked good questions and provided the fit that I wanted while giving his recommendations. The suit took about 2 months to arrive due to shipping delays in China, but that's not the fault of anyone. My overall experience was very good and I would recommend them to my friends.

Good experience buying the suit - great, fast service getting an appointment and during the measurements they asked lots of questions about preferred style (I didn’t have a ton of preferences so I appreciated suggestions from them as well) Suit arrived on time in the mail. This is where is breaks down, once the store has sold you a suit, they are way less communicative about the follow up sessions to actually get the suit tailored (at the point you’ve already paid for it, but you have multiple fittings as part of your guarantee). They don’t reply to emails asking for appointments, have a strict # of days after your shipment to get the final fitting within guarantee, and when calling in, are booked solid for weeks (if you call for a new suit appointment, they’ll see you right away of course - more sales…) If you expect to buy and not use the final fitting guarantee, 4 stars, process is easy, med / high quality suit for the price. If you, like me, want to make sure to get it trailered as expected in the price paid, good luck getting store reps to be responsive. Update 1: after posting this review, a manager did get in touch with me quickly. Hoping this was really a matter of my emails / phone calls getting lost in the system versus a bigger problem. Will update after my fitting appointment with overall experience Update 2: scheduling the appointment was a hassle even after the manager was connected to me. Availability on website was inaccurate compared to what I was told by associates / manager when actually scheduling appointment. Got penciled in, no confirmation email, multiple emails later, finally got confirmation 20 min before scheduled appt time. Actual fit appointment was good - again, attentive staff once you’re in the store and they get started. The suit fit well out of the box and only needs very minor alteration. In store alteration time was 2-3 weeks which is reasonable.
