Great piercing experience. I was helped by Mic who did my second lobe piercings—they came out perfectly. The place was professional and hygienic. Mic took the time to chat with me and get me comfortable before doing the piercing placement check—so great place if you’re nervous for making sure you’re comfortable/settled in before proceeding to the pokey bits.

I got my double nostril piercing done here today for my birthday and the staff/service here is impeccable; the person at the front was super sweet and attentive while they were helping me pick out my jewelry, and Mick (my piercer) was awesome and really professional as far as keeping me calm and making sure the placement for my piercings was where I wanted them. If you’re thinking of getting a piercing here, I would go for it! The amount for service fees is absolutely worth it, as well as the jewelry pricing (all of their jewelry seemed very high quality). Great staff, great experience, and I love my piercings; thanks you guys!

My 8 year old got her ears pierced with the awesome staff at Cold Steel! They were prompt, patient and calming - my daughter is thrilled with her final product and the process was smooth! Highly recommended for a child piercing!

I had a piercing done at this facility for the first time and everyone from the folks up front to the piercer were all welcoming in every way and gave a wealth of knowledge. There was never a doubt about cleanliness. There were no surprises for what i had done. Every day went as expected and as told. Even after a couple weeks I received a follow-up to check up on my healing and if i had any questions. These folks genuinely care for the artform and the person. I will definitely being going back as a customer and i will recommend them to all who ask.
