Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have such a huge collection of everything it's where I go for all my nerd stuff

I'm sure the owner pays for fake reviews. I went there for the first time and they told me they'd only offer 40-50% of market value, even with store credit, they would only offer 50% of market value max. The worker said "We have to pay our employees". I counted 9 employees (just standing around). Why do they need 9 employees here, is it a joke? They are scamming customers in order to pay unnecessary employees.

Not sure what it is about the employees at this location, but NOBODY ever greets me or acknowledges my presence whenever I come in. Nobody ever asks if I need help or asks what I’m looking for. There’s always like 6 to 9 employees standing around, too. I normally have to look around for 10-15 minutes, not find what I’m looking for, and then walk up to the counter and ask the person at the counter for help. And it’s funny because THAT PERSON who does end up helping me turns out to be super helpful and super friendly. In a time where people can easily download their comics online or order everything from amazon you’d think an old school comic book store would be appreciative to their customers that are supporting them and keeping them in business. I’d advise management to take a better approach to customer service and try to make customers feel welcomed and taken care of. If I wanted a “self service” experience I’d just download and order everything online.

They sure do!
Yes they do but they will decide if they want your cards so dont go in with a box full expecting them to just take them off your hands. And bear in mind they are resellers so they will give you below the cards value so they can sell it on.
I believe they do sell gift cards, and you should be able to use them at any of their 3 stores.

They sure do. They are very knowledgeable and fair.
Yes they do. They have s pretty good selection of kits that are currently available. You can also ask them in case you're looking for something in particular, as he has 3 stores.
They carry Pokemon cards so I only assume that they buy as well. Give Brian or one of his associates to call.
They carry all major releases afaik, but call to verify.
If they have it, it will be in a binder or in a case.
They will probably offer you two prices, one quote in credit one quote in cash. You're not going to get online market value for every card because they have to resell them and make it profitable/worthwhile on their end. People who feel lowballed end up selling their singles online like Amazon, eBay, or tcgplayer. It'll take you longer to list sell and ship so that quote that may seem low at first is actually better if you're not a professional card reseller. Speaking from experience.
Specific people there who have experience in comics may purchase them. Mainly based on rarity, but they will give you store credit.
They've recently updated their stock of gunpla, along with some clippers, and stands, and sometimes paint and glue pens
Inquire at the locations, nothing is done online. They post on their FB when a position behind available but you have to go to them in person
There shouldn't be to much of a problem with that.
Your best bet would be to give them a call. They can tell you what they are looking for and the best time to go down to the store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they aren't interested in purchasing your books, I'm sure that they can point you in the right direction.
Depends on its value, but generally its not a demand they look for.
I haven't seen them deal in sports cards. You should go by the store and ask them. If they can't help you, I'm sure they could point you on the right direction. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Sunday they're open from noon til 8 or 9pm I believe depending on the location
Lots of tables to play on, they host tcg, board games, dnd and other table top rpg games weekly or monthly depending on what you are looking to play. I go to the monthly dnd/rpg day.
Call them to check i don't recall seeing any
Try Amazon they only have the white ones
I've seen a lot of rpg items but I'm not sure if they have what you may specifically be looking for. Your best bet would be to call them or make a visit. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even if they do not have what you need they may be able to tell you where you can go to get what you want.
A-1 Comics always has weekly deals. Check the website for updated specials
