This place should just close down or get whole new management. I like to order my food by mobile and it makes you pay when you place your order. I picked the in store pick up and of course the lobby is locked. I see the drive thru with like 15 cars and not even. Moving an inch. I tried to cancel my order but of course I couldn’t so I had no choice and wait a hour for my food since it’s already been paid for. Theirs always problems with this Taco Bell something needs to be done with their service.

Horrible. Never open for more than an hour at a time. Like right now they are close but the sign says open until 1am. When they are open it's pretty good but they always give you a sob story explaining it will be a long wait cause they have three people only before taking my /your order. Not sure what's going through n with this location but it's the worse

I had placed an online order at around 7:30pm made it to the restaurant about 9:30 p.m. to pick it up. The store hours for this location state they're open until 1:00 a.m. in the Drive-Thru. Not only was the drive-thru blocked off by a trash can but the front doors were locked all the lights were on and there appeared to be two employees sitting in the lobby on their phones ignoring everybody. This is highly unprofessional in my opinion I don't care if it's Taco Bell or if it's a five star Michelin restaurant professionalism should be accounted for every time and this was absolutely embarrassing for the company itself as well as very disappointing for all the local patrons. Eight of which I personally saw show up and drive away empty-handed because the location was not running service during its normal operating hours.

I waited in line for 45 mins and when I got to the window for my order they said they ran out of meat and it would be at least an hour before it was ready. I understood the larger woman with the short hair gave us some coupons and said pleasr come back and we will comp your meal. I even called to verify that we understood her correctly. Well that didn't happen when we went to redeem this we were told no that they wouldn't accommodate it . The short girl with the glasses was so rude too. Just over all horrible experience.

Because they don't have enough staff
They need to get better staff, rather let me rephrase that. Better management. I called and complained about the food being cold because of their lack of persistence.
