Undisputed boxing gym is clean, has great music and friendly staff. Mike has been a personal boxing trainer for my 13 yr old for almost a year now. He is patient and supportive, and my son leaves every lesson exhausted and proud of his growth. This is one of the best gyms and great for all ages. Thanks Undisputed!

Great boxing, cardio and conditioning class. Full 60 minutes with a nice mix of weight/strength mixed with HIIT work based on classic boxing moves. Clean, plenty of space, and very nice bathrooms with showers/towels.

No, we haven't seen Billy since the pandemic.
First class is free as an introductory class, then they go over pricing. Usually drop in classes at ab koi ut $25 each session you go. The have monthly pricing as well and I think a 6 month or 12 month membership as well
Yes, they have youth boxing classes. Not sure what the age cut off is for other classes.
