As shady it may seem at night what you may have lost the medallion comes through in the light. My grandbaby lost something really important so I went to the office to get info on my renters insurance....in the end the manager surprised me with something found and turned in by a resident . thanks to that resident staff returned it to me .....wow unheard of . Thanks to staff and resident my daughter will get married! Thanks so much!

I moved in to the Parc Medallion apartments last month and Christina was a great agent during my tour and move-in, and also, after that she was really supportive and responsible. She cares about all of the resident's concerns. Thank you Christina!

Tyrone is a great designer. Love the 3br designed he created. Christina and Lee is soo awesome. They are very welcoming, they made everything feel at ease doing my apartment search. I felt right at home and comfortable with the two ladies. They was very patience with me. Beautiful complex with great people to work with

You can ONLY have small dogs at this facility. Weight limit is 35lbs for dogs. You can not go over that, even if you have multiple. Just got off the phone with a representative and this is what he told me. Not entirely dog friendly!
