I just wanted to buy another nova 3 but the guy swore that this new model was way more reliable because it doesn’t drip. I used it for two days and ended up buying another mod somewhere else. Won’t shop here again.

Excellent service! I’ve been going to a different local vape shop for past few years and never had I received as much help and knowledge as I did today at Level up in Warminster. Definitely worth checking out! The attendant was able to provide 1st hand experience of different vape models and flavors which was so helpful. The honesty was a refreshing change. I’d give it 0 stars if I could i stoped in to grab a smok device & when I went to scan the device to register it I got a warning that said this is not a genuine smok device the lady then proceeded to tell me she orders from a reliable …Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our entire team is working to get to the bottom of the issue and are making inquiries with our distributors. We strive to give our customers the best experience and I'm very sorry that this has been such a negative one for you. Update: We were able to verify the product's authenticity using their app on an IPad (Android will not allow the installation of the IVPS app). I accidentally tried scanning the QR code sideways the first time and got "could not be verified". The second time, scanning it upright I got "current status of the Novo 4 kit is "not activated"'. I also called Smok's after care phone number and they also verified the product. I'm sorry we did not handle your in-store experience as well as we could have.
