This location has slipped in everything since the Pandemic. I get it, shortages on both inventory and personal but if you cant staff a Restaurant properly; I would rather see it closed for the day instead of being disappointed time and time again. We ordered in-person at the register and waited over an hour for our food. One of the three staff members said they 'lost' our ticket but found it on the floor. Workers on staff did not offer to refund us even after we said we no longer want the order. The line was pretty deep after us... and of course once we got the food, the order was wrong. But there was no sense in waiting to have it correct. We already contacted Customer Service but of course, zero response. DO NOT go to this location. The Overland/Entrainment Way location is far better and also understaffed.

I just went through Drive Thru and someone was about to take our order when another voice took over saying, "We are not taking any orders right now, we are closed." It's 2:50 p.m. and we just saw 2 people going through front door and 1 staff member hand deliver a drive thru/curbside order. Not really one to give bad reviews but they asked for this one.

This is not pointed at the workers who served me last night they did a great job. This at the management who chose to make the one of the people working there making him work on a broken leg with no help. Did not give them numbers to help with the customers. And left them practically hanging until they had to close. They should not have to work in a such a condition of hard ship. Please management take care of your workers they deserve better

#1 WORST FAST FOOD! #DontEatHere. Generally, Carl’s is fine. But this location (Boise, ID) is horrible. We should have known when we were only people (when the “Chick fil a” was packed but we didn’t want to wait in line…regret). Carl’s staff were clueless (running around with head cut off), supervisor could not manage. And the food was NOT edible. After waiting “30min” for food, it wasn’t made right. There were 10 others who came in after us. When I came back to get refund, they were still waiting for their food.
