Went through the drive thru and was amazed how fast and friendly the staff was. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome while you wait if you ever have to wait. Go in a lot during the week for lunch. Never fails always hot fresh food and love the biggie bag deals. Even when they are short staffed they serve fresh quality food and are always so darn fast! The Frosty's are amazing and hit the spot Every. Single. Time. There machine is always working unlike some of the other restaurants ice cream machines. Cough* Cough* M arches. If you want a quick, hot, and satisfying meal I suggest Wendy's on state and 36th.

The last 6 visits to this location have been terribly poor. I’ve heard a manager belittling coworkers in front of me, waited for 20 minutes for my god when there was no line and been told they just aren’t taking orders for no obvious reason.
