I’ve got a question when will the doctors be able to see the patients face-to-face instead of over the phone I’ve asked quite a few people and I have not got a response back I would like to know when this will happen thank you so much the staff and doctors are doing such a wonderful job here you guys are doing a five star job thanks for everything you’re doing and stay well

I tried to make a vaccine appointment over the phone for my parents who are eligible, a lady named Jessica was really rude, she told me I couldn’t make an appointment cuz my parents have Kaiser. I know a lot of people that have Kaiser & got their vaccine at Valley Health. Because of the way Santa Clara County is distributing the vaccine Kaiser has not received very many doses. I made my parents an appointment on the website, they got their vaccine with no questions asked. The county needs to get their sh*t together. Jessica shouldn’t be answering the phone.

Long wait to get Covid 19 vaccine, despite appointments. Lots of standing around in the elements. Even though you complete online paperwork you still have to fill out forms while standing. Outside line only half of it, you have to stand inside too. Once in the building they process you fast and you go to a separate room for the shots. They are very efficient and friendly. But its a lot of standing. There are a few chairs along the route. Bring a coat! Could have been handled ad a drive through too as it is off on a side street with various entranced and exits. Above all its the wonderful workers that make the difference. People can make it faster by wearing shirt sleeves!!

Service: The workers are all nice and friendly. They will welcome you and they will actually look for you if your name was called. Wait Time: Not a lot of patient at this location. Appointments and walk in goes by really fast compared to other Santa Clara County Valley Health Center. Cleanliness: This facility is clean. Even the restroom is clean. The outside was also clean. They take care of their facility. Even the carpet looks great. Parking: Lots of parking and they have solar panels above the parking so your car will stay cool.
