Went into this store after hearing good things about their customer service. Was very wrong. There were three employees at the front behind the counter talking. The older blonde lady ( I’m guessing the manager) was very rude when I asked where I could find what I was looking for and sent me off with one of the other girls working. This girl was just as rude as the other lady a went right back up to the front to go talk to the other two. Definitely will not be back would rather go pay a little more somewhere else than deal with how rude the employees are.

Some employees at this store need a lot of customer service training and the organization needs to own their mistakes. The shoes I wanted to buy rang up $20 more than advertised on their sign and they did not respect their own pricing, they told me that was not the correct price and switch signs and shoe boxes to match what the register showed. I understand that was a human error but the manager was not even apologetic, she was very arrogant and said that customers move stuff around, I don't think customers move all boxes underneath the signs but oh well, hope Harry (district manager) actually looks into how things are handled and provides them all training, maybe he can get some too because he sounded careless when I reported the incident.

Great selection of shoes for women including heels, athletic shoes and sandals. Surprisingly inexpensive. Some pairs of heels even come with spare tips-very uncommon. The staff were welcoming and attentive.

Really nice looking store with decent customer service. I was greeted when I walked in the door by a Hispanic guy yelling from across the store (which I do not appreciate). I found the exact shoe I was looking for but didn’t see my size, so I asked a girl working if they had my size, she found it among another stack of boxes. When I was checking out the same Hispanic guy was at the check stand and asked what I was buying the shoes for,and after I told him he told me I had the wrong shoes and I should get a different pair as he was an expert on Nike’s. I let him know that this was the exact shoe I was looking for and had success with it in the past. I plan to visit this store again just maybe when that guy is not there.

How long does a customer have to pick up BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders?

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
