I work in PA so I wanted a nice gym that was close to work. This one wasn't it. For how pricey it is, I'm unimpressed. I've been to a few other Equinox locations in the US including NYC and the one in PA doesn't stack up.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars because this gym is the actual worst. My dad and I were members for YEARS for him 10+ and me 5+. The staff is so inconsiderate and didn’t help us at all when COVID happened. My dad is at risk so we couldn’t go back to the gym but they still decided to charge him and continue his membership despite us trying to cancel or get a credit or transfer it NUMEROUS TIMES. Just found out his membership will expire tomorrow and I tried to go and the short girl with curly brown hair was so rude and unhelpful and wouldn’t let me go in even though his membership ends tomorrow and we haven’t been in since before COVID. She was also extremely rude and we will be coming back to get some sort of credit or something because this is absolutely not okay. I will be telling all my friends and family who go to Equinox about this experience and anyone who is thinking of getting a membership this is not the place. They are so rude and conceded and if you are a young girl the men at this gym are so creepy. I would go to the bay club where the staff is much nicer and the amenities are so much better for a cheaper cost. Equinox is not worth it and never come to the Palo Alto location.

I cancelled my membership. 4 months later I get a letter from a collection agency that I owe 4 months of dues!! I physically went to the gym to get this straightened out. They told me it was a mistake and that they would take care of it. I've been emailing them and the collection agency and after 2 months, it is still unresolved. I am furious that I am spending so much time on their error! Really Equinox?
