I placed an online order through the mobile app for pickup at the drive thru. It said that the store was open until midnight on both google and the app itself and the order was placed around 10:15 pm. Upon arrival, no one took our order through the speaker after waiting for close to 10 minutes. We drove around to the window where there were 2 employees visible and after trying to get their attention, they completely ignored us. Our order had already been processed and paid for yet no one was paying any attention to help us try to get it.

Edit: got the whole order tonight but somehow my bean burrito had no onion? There's literally only three things and sauce in it..... This location used to be my favorite I don't know what's happening with it lately. Was so excited for the rice and beans and added cheese. Cup was half full and rice was burnt to a crisp. Cheese also was missed. But the rice was so burnt it was inedible. Someone also had a hard time centering taco innards which isn't an issue just funny. Sent an email for the order issue through the app when it happened and selected response requested. Nothing yet, doubt there will be one

Edit: 3 years later, this place is still exactly the same. Completely screwed up a large order, and there is almost no meat added to the tacos… see photos if you dare.. Constantly closes early. Do not believe their listed hours. Arrive an hour before closing in order to be served.

It would be great if the lazy teenagers that seem to run this location would actually pay attention and get my order right. They gave me a chicken tender in a taco that was either fried for 20 minutes or sat there for 6 hours in place of a fried potato taco which they were likely out of but were too lazy to mention. Seems like they tried to pass the nuked chicken off as potato. Also had to pull back around because they forgot an item as usual. This place used to be my go to and it’s sad that the Warminster location is actually better now. Hire some people that care and are over 18.
