Today my experience was extremely horrible. I already had two items up front with the employee. I was in the process of looking for other things may be to buy. I was only there for maybe less than 10 minutes. A customer comes in and I felt extremely embarrassed. She wouldn't even let me buy the items and and told me to leave with an extreme tone of voice of anger. I asked her her supervisor's name and she would not allow me to have. I will never go back to that store again. And bet your boots I am going to call and report her. Update : January 5th 2022. I am pleased to say that ( not naming, who was the employee, is no longer working there. Thank god. What a total embarrassment she caused me and yes I am sharing this embarrassment with you all just to let you know that if anybody had any issues with her, she is no longer there. She is now working across the street at Fred Meyers I pray to God she will have better customer service skills over there. Update..... June, 2022, I am so grateful that that gal does not work there anymore and I feel so much better going back to that store for my cigarettes.

All Stop Pipes & Tobacco is a super cool store, with every variety of product for every vape, tobacco, and cigar enthusiasts out there. Water pipes/bongs are mostly glass & plastic, with a limited supply of top shelf products but all of the merchandise in this store are hand made by artisans that live in the NW. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and prices range from super tight budgets all the way up to top of the line, top shelf products. I came to purchase cigars for my hubby, and a torch lighter for myself. I was extremely happy with my purchases and I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars to All Stop Pipes & Tobacco for the great customer service I received when I arrived. And for the great cigar selection. If you are a smoker of any kind, you ought to take a gander through this store, I guarantee you will not regret it!!
