Couldn't get through on the phone so I drove over to get the donation drop off hours. Sharing here in case it helps anyone else. I donate more than I shop but the folks in the back have always been very pleasant and helpful.

Had to edit my review because some rude lady that works for you apprentally has an attitude and plays me for being stupid and I was in the store afew minutes before it was open and comes up to me and says it very rudely that you can't be in here the store isn't open and I say then why are the doors unlocked? Her response is because we have to let employees in and I responded back and told her I understand that but where I work if the store isn't open then they have to call the store and have someone answer the phone and unlock the door or if an associate sees then they'll let them in and you guys shouldn't leave the door unlocked if you're not open because if nobody is up front a unhonest person could walk in and take some thing and get away with it please do a better job and on top of that I use she, her and hers as prouns it may have been a mistake but I am also transgender and she used Sr instead.

This place is great. The staff here are nice and they know alot about some of the items there and it's really easy to talk to them. In terms of items it's not necessarily a jackpot but it is far from being empty. Usually there are vintage clothing here and it reminds me around 10 years ago with it's atmosphere. Just got to be patient and find a good deal!

The merchandise is overpriced. I realize it's to support a charity but it's also supposed to be a place where low income people can find affordable clothes and household goods. Another negative aspect is the fact that they take the cords off of donated electronics, put them in a separate location, and charge for them. Pure greed
