Ordered online, only to be given 2+ hour delivery time, with no ability to cancel. Called store multiple times, all were dropped with no answer or ability to leave VM. 2.5 hours later and am still waiting for delivery. Avoid this store if you like even mediocre customer service and/or timely delivery.

I just received a delivery today..and that mofo Was so rude..I held the tip back. This man argued With me over what street I lived on. I had to come Outside while on the phone with him and tell him a million times he wasn't on my street. Then he Tells me my street is numbered wrong! I've only Had a delivery 20 times same address never a problem. When I came out.. this mofo was not on My street and was nasty with me... Horrible delivery person.😖🤬

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:07 with an approximate 38min delivery time, watched the tracker and the delivery driver went north on the map and instead of the direction of my delivery address. Took over an hour to get the pizza and it was cold. Absolutely ridiculous. Drivers should not be taking multiple orders at one time especially if they are no where near each other. Do not order from this place. Domino's is cheaper and faster.

This is one of the best Papa John's. I order the stuffed sausage pizza for regular Friday 11 AM delivery. My neighbors and I watch for Joe in the Papa John's truck to drive up. Everyone wants a slice, so I'm lucky to get up the elevator with some left for me. It's delicious and great value for money.
