I booked my class through ClassPass. First time and I enjoyed it very much. It’s a great workout and stress relief method. People are friendly. Instructor is helpful. I feel it would be more helpful for beginner if you have a one on one practice with someone who had boxing experience. And bring your own gloves.

Love this place. Eddie the owner is trained inmany things amongst his legitimate boxing career. Trained Andre Berto to against Mayweather recently. I haven't been there in a while die to work commute, but I miss this place and the real world expertise by the staff. I went on here to look at the schedule as I will be sure to get back there. Learn a lot and fast track to get in shape! Great closeness and commeraderie.

Several members and some instructors speak Spanish. If that's your only concern, you should try out the gym, they may have a 1 week free trial.

Its 115 a month, you can come how many times you want.
You can try the gym for a week for free. No need to schedule an appointment. Just come in around 15 minutes prior to the class you want to start out in. After that the price of the gym membership is first a $50 enrollment fee then $115 a month with auto-debit, or $135 without. The auto-debit is not a contract. We only ask for a 21 day cancellation notice. We also have 10 packs available for $200. If you are only attending once a week, then that is the best option. Single drop in classes are $25. As for equipment, we have gloves and handwraps you can borrow during the trial period. I have to warn you that the loaner gear smells bad. 16 oz boxing gloves and 180" handwraps are what you need. We also sell everything you need to start out. Handwraps are $15 and gloves are $40 or $50. Thank you, Eddie Croft
