This has happened on numerous occasions I ordered 2 large black cups of coffee I always asked make sure that they're fresh again today I picked up the coffee got home and it was lukewarm at the best I am done with your restaurant I tried to talk to the manager he hung up on me this is no way for any business to operate

If you like rubber fries, sloppy sandwiches and rude service, this is your place. I’m sure the fries are re-fried when you ask for fresh ones, gross and unsanitary. Giving your order you need to slow down and repeat several times if it’s more than 3 meals. Even the manager was short when I was missing food (not the first time) and came back.

I ordered on the mobile app. I got to the restaurant at 11:12 and didn’t get my food until 11:55. The manger and one other person was bring out orders and haven’t Even asked if I was still waiting until 11:50. After I got my food I noticed that they forgot 2 items.

I am not one who enjoys fast food but for a couple weeks while I was in Eagle I delivered Door Dash. I have to say, Eagle mc Donald's has the best team I've seen. Efficient like no other as a Dasher. Eagle was always a yes.
