I can't understand and will never understand why this store believes it's customers should stand inline for long period of time. They never have more than two registers open no matter how many customers are in the line. I guess for them customer care is irrelevant

The store was a little more organized than usual. But, many products still out of place, broken and messy. At the cashier, there are only a few attendants, which generates huge queues at certain times.

This Burlington is huge, with almost no staff working but also extremely messy. Plenty of parking available. You should probably only come here if you really need to..

Cashier rang up dress then said she couldn’t sale because they don’t have the capability of taking of the the security tag 😳 then said I could do it at home. Well i don’t steal so I don’t know how to take it off but I’m sure there is a video on YouTube 😤
