After each class, I have the feeling that I won't miss the next one, and I wonder why I didn't sign up sooner.

CorePower Yoga is a breath of fresh air to the SF yoga community. As someone who has had a hard time committing to yoga, Ritual makes it easy to get excited about yoga. Classes are fast paced, but you really feel like you worked out afterwards (not just spent an hour stretching!)

Really nice place. Attentive teatchers, there are a lot of different yoga classes, I especially like hot yoga class there. Clean place. If you don't have a yoga mat/water/towel with you, they can provide you with these stuff for 2$ each. Especially for me it was difficult to be there at the peak hours - too much people! Also you can try a free week there.

I'm not a regular Yogi/Yoga Practitioner, but I was looking for an opportunity to build up on my flexibility and core strength after coming from an Achilles Rupture Surgery. With that said, this studio is exactly what I was looking for. I've only taken a few classes of the 1-week free trial so far, but was already interested in coming back regularly after my first class. The classes I've taken are "Yoga Sculpt" and "CorePower 2". Yoga Sculpt is like going through the yoga flow with weights, cardio, and strength training. "CorePower 2" is the general Yoga class, but more demanding on the body than the previous level classes I assume. (Honestly I can't say since I haven't tried CorePower 1 or 1.5) Either way, both these classes will be as taxing on your body as you want it to be depending on how much you challenge yourself. The instructors I've taken classes from are Jackie, Melanie, Roxy, and Kalista. The passion in their practice definitely shows in their classes. Each staff member is very inviting, encouraging during class, and will put you to work while at the same time being mindful of your body, mind, and spirit. Like I said, I'm no Yogi, but whether you're looking for a place to practice Yoga, or push your body's physical fitness level, CorePower Yoga at Golden Circle definitely delivers!

There is free parking along the street and there is a parking complex right next to it that has parking for customers of the yoga place and the neighboring restaurants. It has a 2 hour limit on parking inside, but it's safe and has a patrol guard around. Hope this helps.
