This place is an absolute waste of taxpayer dollars the healthcare professionals play dress up they don’t actually do anything the dental clinic is the worst chairs will sit empty all day long for weeks on end appointments take weeks to get and all they ever do is x-rays and dental cleaning and there’s nobody in the chairs so they can’t help you same day even though they’re not doing anything at all I asked one of the female doctors at around noon time if she had helped anybody today she look like she just got ready for work no sweat whatsoever these people do nothing they get paid good salaries and they tell you that you have to be referred to other clinics that can’t help you that are in other towns over 50 miles away this place is a huge waste of taxpayer dollars so that lazy healthcare professionals can get paid

Terrible phone service and completely inaccessible to patients. I want to talk to a main operator who can direct me where to speak to my primary care provider or direct me to a service to support my health. There should be someone answering and directing people. Why do you feel the need to directly send me to a financial counselor when I need help with my health or scheduling an appointment? Do better Richmond

Unfortunately WCHC doesn't have Emergency services or Urgent services. It is an Ambulatory Care center for planned medical care
They have programs for that
How to remove the IUD in a clinic, the clinics are for medical consultations not alcoholism
If you Google it, the number to the building is there. It's a recording so just listen to the options and then press that number that applies to what you need

No, you need an appointment. Call the member services number and they will set you up with a physician for a well child visit
Not to the public. Just by referral from your doctor located at the facility
You have to call from 8am ... I don't think they have an appointment for the same day ... But if you can talk in the early morning maybe.
Hi Carina: Sorry for the confusion -- that number is for Contra Costa Health Plan members. If you are a patient who has different insurance, please call our Patient Relations Services Coordinator at 925-370-5144.
