Let me demo some setups in store and Richie is very detailed with his responses and you can tell this guy just loves talking audio. Set me up with my first home stereo system and answered every question I had along the way.

After spending $9,000 on tvs and audio and many visits when it failed to perform I was advised I needed the 4 month old tv repaired.Argued I should have a replacement-eventually Samsung agreed but this company wanted $200 to take off the wall and mount the replacement .After much discussion the tv was to be delivered to within 8 days to (14days ago)me and I was instal as I wouldn’t pay $200! I am their customer and they are Samsung’s so Samsung should pay them.As at today, still a tv that won’t work as per specs.Good sales people very poor follow up advice -should have dealt local on the NShore!

Chris Butters has assisted us twice in the last few months. Two of our televisions died. We purchased new televisions from Chris and he installed them. He also made sure before he left our house that we completely understood how to operate all of the features. He is terrific and I highly recommend him and New Orleans Audio Video. I am certainly not an audio/video expert, but I did know that I wanted a really nice setup for my home. Once I went into New Orleans Audio Video, I was blown away by the different options and installs that they could do for me. The sky was the limit. I ended up purchasing a 65" television along with Definitive Technology surround sound equipment. NOAV's installers came to my home and installed everything and, most importantly, taught me how to use all the new equipment! The installers were able to hide all the wires and put all of the audio/video equipment into a little used utility closet in my home. They were very professional and respectful, and surprisingly tidy! I would highly recommend NOAV because of their knowledge, speed and customer service.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out! Employees and customers must wear a mask before entering the building. Hand sanitizer is readily available, social distancing is practiced, and we pay a 3rd party cleaning service to clean regularly.
