It's listed in Google as a grocery store, but that's a stretch. There's more liquor than groceries, and what groceries are there basically chips and similar snack food. It's more like going to a 7-Eleven then a small city center grocery store.

Always be aware of your surroundings while going to this store. I was leaving the store on my trip to New Orleans and on my way out a black SUV rolled its window down. It was full of men and one asked “will you take a picture of me?” I immediately noted that he was with plenty of people to take the picture, and that he was not even outside his car. I continued walking and then heard the car speed off while a man shouted that I won’t last long in New Orleans.

It's a small convienince store right across the street from the start of the convention center. It isn't the cheapest place in the world but isn't as overpriced as many of the reviews make it seem. You are paying for convienince and closeness and that comes at a bit of a premium. You want rock bottom prices go to Wal-Mart 5 miles away.
