So much to see, thank goodness the ticket is good for two consecutive days! Loved the Luigi Lucioni exhibit. Art for everyone. Historic buildings. Gardens. Circus exhibit of hand carved wooden figures should not be missed! Many carriages and sleighs, a blacksmith shop, a print shop, a schoolhouse, a tavern, a lighthouse, and a steamboat! Plenty to see for all ages.

I don't go to museums too often, but am I glad I decided to check this place out! There are so many different exhibits and eras of American history here. I loved walking through the Ticonderoga and the circus building. I was here for nearly three hours and didn't even cover half of the place. Make sure you check out the doll room, creepy stuff!

The ticket is valid for two days and, if you want to see everything without running around, you will need them. This is a phenomenal place with a little bit for any everyone, all kinds of interests. The café is expensive but it saves you a lot of time and it is very convenient. Everyone that works there was extremely nice and welcoming.

This place is a really big museum! The amount of stuff that they were able to keep in pristine condition is wild. All of the employees are super friendly to talk to and also answer questions about what it’s like to live in Vermont. 10/10 would recommend 💯

It is only open from May to October.
Unfortunately no, however the surrounding area makes for a nice ride and the parking lot is almost always open.
