Divorce, co-parenting & blending families seemed to be impossible to handle effectively and positively (like, complete living and daily nightmare); that is until we met Karen. After a long 4 year battle with multiple attorneys and judges, Karen came in and within several months got all parties on the same page, agreeing and wrapping things up with smiles on our faces and gratitude in our hearts. I'm happy to say for the 1st time in a long time we're now able to move forward with our lives and not dwell on the past. All of which is greatly due to the help from Karen at Newburyport Family Law & Divorce Mediation. Forever grateful 🙏 Alicia & Paul

Karen was very helpful, pleasant, and empathetic in guiding us through our mediation divorce. She was especially (above and beyond) helpful with assisting us in obtaining the final NISI court documentation. With the court delays due to the pandemic, it would have taken much longer to obtain if it were not for Karen. We really appreciated it, as we needed the document to finalize other legal matters.

We both make about the same amount of $. $74k. We want to keep our life insur. policies the same, no savings, split our retirement 50/50. Do we have to fill out all the other forms, Short Form, Division of Marital Property, etc..

My wife and I are in mutual agreement about divorce. What's the simplest way to approach this. We've signed the form that says, Report Of Absolute Divorce or Annulment. We want to mutually keep our house for the kids, (ages 26 & 22)

Hi Dan. Mediation is the simplest approach. Usually one session is all that is needed for us to know how to prepare your documents. We do that and then you come in and sign them and get instructions for filing them and attending your hearing. Give us a call for a free consultation at 978-462-1400. Best regards, Karen at Newburyport Family Law & Divorce Mediation
