So I just stopped in for 2 donuts and some munchkins. Idk what they did with the donuts but every single one is stale and “crunchy”. This drive thru is usually good but these donuts taste and feel like theyve literally been out overnight

It's drive thru only. I was planning to go in to buy some coffee but no I can't and I was walking so I had no car. They should close this Dunkin down permanently.

I recommend not when they are busy every time I go is there is a Line they get my order wrong when something is said instead of fixing it, they apologized and told me to have a good day. Only have I had 2 experiences with them getting my complete order correct

I clearly gave the instruction not to add sugar or caramel but still the pumpkin spice latte was soo damn sweet. It tasted like I was drinking syrup. I saw them make the latte and I felt like she was just doing her own thing without giving any attention to my instructions.
