We have done business with them since opening, they are usually a very OK place to go. But repeatedly the old, grumpy, rude fella at the front desk seems to have a "doesn't care" attitude. It constantly appears that we need to earn the right to do business there, rather than the other way around. He stated that next time I can change the tires on my agricultural equipment myself because they don't like doing it. Isn't that the point of a Commercial/Agriculutral tire facility?! Anyway, the word around the town about these guys proves itself. It is easier to go down the road to other companies who want the business and move faster than a snails pace. Would not recommend if you want anything done in a timely manor.

I have had them swap tires on all my vehicles for a few years now, changing snow tires swapping from old to new, recently I sent my son there to have his new tires installed and they charged him 50 per tire 200 double the actual price. When I called for an explanation the man was extremely rude and said she hat was the price for internet tire instal (that has never been the case before) I asked him if that was the price to swap out snow tires now and he said that was a totally different thing........it’s the exact same thing 4 tires off 4 tires on correct? I believe they took advantage of a teenager and believe they will do the same to anyone else they suspect an easy target. Where you purchase your tires is irrelevant the service I was paying for was to mount and balance 4 tires that is anywhere from 25-35 a tire anywhere not 50 be ware the man behind the counter is a shady crook.
