Day of my animals appointment the doctor was sick and could not perform surgery. Instead of notification of that, since I dropped my animal off at 8am I’m sure they knew after a few hours that a reschedule was needed. The workers of South Valley Animal Hospital kept my animal in a cage from 8-3:30 when I myself showed up to see if she was close to being finished with her surgery. I’m not sure when they planned to call and say that she was not to be operated on and reschedule was needed. If you want good animal care and communication of what’s going on, go anywhere but SOUTH VALLEY ANIMAL CLINIC. There is no excuse for what they did, although not a massive deal, very unprofessional
