We came for father’s day and there seemed to be a long wait line, which is understandable since the restaurant seems to be severely understaffed. The hostess looked stressed and said the wait time is around one hour but we thought it was worth it since it was our first time. Surprisingly, after 15 minutes we got seated. Maybe most people gave up too early or decided to get takeout. We all got the special menus and it was delicious! Did not disappoint!

Good experience, our waitress was super sweet and attentive! Small wait time Saturday night. We got the crab stuffed shrimp rangoons, the 'new' lobster topped stuffed flounder and one of the signature feasts

This past summer my partner and I had a late lunch at the Red Lobster and it was clear they were experiencing severe staffing shortages (like most places at that time). We're not ones to complain, but we were hesitant to return. Last night, we finally took a chance, and honestly, I was expecting the wait to be just as long as well as the food to be the same quality. But oh my did they exceed my expectations!! We had no wait to get a table. The service was excellent! Raquel and Kevin seem to make a great team and, although they were busy the whole time we were there, they were professional and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We practically had no wait for our food to come out, either, and it was absolutely delicious!! There were no downsides and we were floored by how much this place turned around since the summer. We'll definitely be back!

Endless shrimp is now served from Monday to Thursday! They have the tastiest shrimp and plenty of them. The garlic biscuits are plentiful and yummy as well! Excellent wait staff.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
