Positive: I like the Dow the queen suite had a separate bedroom from the living space and kitchen. There were 2 tvs do my kids could watch while I got dressed. There is a full fridge for food. The towels and toiletries were good quality. Negative: The carpets in the room are in the older side, but we¿re clean. I had to ask several times for more towels, I understand there is no daily cleaning now since covid but at least you could have given new towels more easily

Rooms are okay, the gym SUCKS! No towels, no sanitizing, no water available. The staff is nice but really don't seem to care about squat! This hotel is managed poorly and it shows. This hotel is on my list of .....never again.

Not enough blankets in the hotel, so no blanket on our bed. When we complained we were met with rudeness. Alyssa the supervisor has nothing but excuses. I'm guessing her title is out of corporate necessity as her custo.er service skills are nonexistent. Sleep in your car. I can guarantee it's cleaner and more comfortable!!

I would like an earlier check-out. The deck was a nice treat. The location was confusion (I went to another place in the same area). The hand cream in the bathroom was hard to get out, need to change the container.
