Positive: Cleanliness and layout Negative: The television in our room (215) had white dots on it. Staff didn¿t look excited to help - maybe overtired? Breakfast often packed certain foods when waves of people came through.

We booked our stay with a special aarp rate with 2pm late check out. We verified late checkout upon booking, upon arrival and again the next day. It wasn't until we received a call at 12:15 on checkout day that unless we left by 12:30 they were going to charge us an additional half day. There was no dealing with them, so we scrambled to finish packing up and were out within the hour..we felt completely harassed and annoyed, ruining our weekend. This trip was to see family..and had been great until we were treated like squatters (I get turnaround which is why we verified multiple times -the advertised late check out rate, before planning a leisurely departure) our only other issue is the pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was broken and drained. Since I am writing the review, I will add that in as well, but I wouldn't have Written this for that alone. Will I book again?

One of the better Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. The fitness room is important to me and this one should be an example for every other Hampton Inn to follow. Clean and comfortable room and hotel in general. Great breakfast as well. The pool was not open at this time.

Booked a room for us and the kids for a local wrestling meet so we didn't have to drive 2 hours the morning of. Searched for one with a pool. Went to check in, guy had no idea what he was doing, took no lie 30 minutes to check in. Got all our stuff upstairs and went to use the pool. Nothing was working with the door. I went to the front desk only to be told the pool wasn't open. Pool looked fine. Guy at the front apologized and said he was new. I wouldn't of booked here, maybe I should of called but it strictly says there is a pool available. Get your ducks in a row before you lose a customer EDIT: Dropping this down to a 1. Ants in our room all over after I wrote the original reviews, carpets extremely stained and dirty.
